Maghan Keita was CCI’s Founding Board President, from January 2021 through March 2024. He is Professor of History and Global Interdisciplinary Studies and the founding Director of both Global Interdisciplinary Studies and the Africana Studies Program at Villanova University. He is also the Past Chair of the Board of Trustees of the College Board. Dr. Keita is currently a member of the Core Faculty of the Global Citizenship Alliance and a member of its Governing Board.
